comunitarios gratuitos. El proposito de este programa es de llegar y asistir a la
comunidad necesitada. Nosotros hemos trabajado en conjunto con muchos
grupos de asistencia comunitaria, tales como: Iglesias, Collegios, Viviandas de
bajo ingreso, Programas Comunitarios de diferentes Condados, Programas
Comunitarios de Comisionados, 4C's, Head Start, Health Departments, MUM,
Hope, Bodegas, Supermercados, Eventos Culturales, etc...Si usted tiene algun
evento o quiciera realizar alguno; por favor llamenos al (407) 892-2551

La Carta de Invitacion debera Incluir lo Siguiente:
- Carta de Invitacion
- Bolante del Evento
La Carta de Invitacion debera Incluir lo Siguiente:
- Attn: Community Relation Dept.
- Tipo de Evento y Proposito
- Fecha, Horario (de Comienso a Fin) del Evento
- Lugar (direccion) donde se realizara el Evento
- Nombre, Telefono y Fax de la persona a contactar
- Firma de la persona que nos invita al Evento y Fecha
- Todo esto en una carta con el Encabezado de la Compañia o grupo
- La Invitacion tiene que ser sometida dos (2) semanas hantes del Evento
- Enviar su Carta por FAX o Email

To participate at your event We need the Following:
The Letter of Invitation Should Include the Following:
- Letter Of Invitation
- Flyer of the Event
The Letter of Invitation Should Include the Following:
- Attn: Community Relation Dept.
- Type of Event and Purpose
- Event DATE, TIME (beginning and ending time)
- Event Address
- Contact name, Telephone and Fax number
- Signature and Date
- All of this in YOUR company Letter Head
- The Invitation most be submitted at least Two(2) weeks prior to the event
- FAX your letter of invitation or email it to us!
